This is easily accessible by train / subway. Parking is available locally.</p><p>REGISTRATION FEES</p><p>The fee for the Meeting has remained at £75 for medical staff. Lunch and refreshments are included.</p><p>A cheque in payment of the registration fee should accompany the application form.
