Dr Kath Bennett, Consultant Anaesthetist, Wishaw General Hospital</p><p>15:15 – 15:45 Lessons from a critical incident reporting system Dr Sri Lakshminarayan, FVRH</p><p>15:45 - 16:00 CLOSE OF MEETING PARTICIPANTS</p><p>An anaesthesia meeting is organised annually by the Sub-Committee in Anaesthesia of NHS Education for Scotland, West of Scotland Region, and is always of interest to practising anaesthetists who wish to update their knowledge of current issues. </p><p>VENUE</p><p>The Meeting will be held at the Teacher Building, 14 St Enoch’s Square, Glasgow G1 4DB. This is easily accessible by train / subway. Parking is available locally.</p><p>REGISTRATION FEES</p><p>The fee for the Meeting has remained at £75 for medical staff. Lunch and refreshments are included.</p><p>A cheque in payment of the registration fee should accompany the application form.
