During the meeting, the WEQ Executive Committee made further revisions to the Recommendation. The WEQ Executive Committee voted to adopt the revised Recommendation. While the required 40% of each segment cast votes in favor of the revised Recommendation, the required 67% of the entire Executive Committee was not achieved. A total of twenty-four votes were cast in favor, and a total of twenty-five votes are needed to achieve the 67%. In addition, one vote was cast in opposition and there were two abstentions. The voting record for this particular vote is concluded in this ballot. Please review the revised Recommendation R06025 referenced below, execute the attached notational ballot, and send it to the NAESB Office (713-356-0067 fax or [email protected] e-mail) by August 31, 2007 to cast your vote. You may also cast your vote by responding to the e-mail that was distributed regarding this ballot.
