During the meeting, the WEQ Executive Committee made further revisions to the Recommendation. The WEQ Executive Committee voted to adopt the revised Recommendation. While the required 40% of each segment cast votes in favor of the revised Recommendation, the required 67% of the entire Executive Committee was not achieved. A total of twenty-four votes were cast in favor, and a total of twenty-five votes are needed to achieve the 67%. In addition, one vote was cast in opposition and there were two abstentions. The voting record for this particular vote is concluded in this ballot.
