<p>January 2016</p><p>Dear Employees: </p><p>We are pleased to announce on-line access to your W-2 effective January 20, 2017. Paper copies will be postmarked by January 31, 2017. In addition, you have on-line access to official copies of prior year W-2 forms 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. This on-line site is hosted by ADP W-2 Services and is a secure site. You have the option of suppressing mailed copies, accessing and printing your W-2 on demand. </p><p>How to Register and Access Your W-2: </p><p>1. Go to https://w2.adp.com or access via link on myHR (www.ccbccmyhr.com and select link to W-2 Online under “My Money” or “Quick Links” tabs) 2. Click “Register Now” 3. Enter the Registration Pass Code which is: YourW2-Online 4. Enter your First name (as it appears on your paycheck) 5. Enter your Last Name (as it appears on your paycheck) 6. Enter your full Social Security Number 7. Enter your Employee ID # (found on the homepage of myHR) 8. Enter Company Code which is V7A 9. Enter your Home Zip Code (as it appears on your 12/30/16 paycheck) 10. Enter the Tax Year which is 2016</p><p>You will be prompted to complete a registration process during which you will select a unique password. Your password must contain between 8 to 20 characters and at least one alpha and one numeric character. Additionally, you will be assigned a system generated User ID. Once you have completed the registration process, you should “Bookmark” or “Add to your Favorites” the new URL, https://w2.adp.com. </p><p>We hope you will enjoy this new convenience.
