Qualifications and Professional Development a) Professional qualification in  AF  counselling or psychotherapy (minimum Diploma standard) b) Further professional AF qualifications   c) Range of relevant CPD related to counselling  AF </p><p>2. Knowledge a) An understanding of the  developmental, emotional, AF, R  social and educational issues of children and young people b) An awareness of range of needs of people from diverse AF, I ethnic, cultural and social  backgrounds c) Knowledge of local mental   health and CAMHS Service AF, I 3. Experience a) Minimum of 2 years post  AF  qualification experience b) Minimum of 1 years   AF experience of working with children and young people   c) Experience of facilitating AF, I groups</p><p>  d) Experience of working as part AF, I of a multi-disciplinary team</p><p> e) Experience of on-going clinical AF, I practice </p><p>3.
