<p>Firstly let me introduce you to Haverhill Rovers Football Club and all that it provides as it is not just a football club but the heart of our community. Haverhill Rovers Football Club has a long history in the town; it was established in 1886, saw many years of football at Hamlet Croft before, in 2010, moving to a brand new £2m ground at Chalkstone Way named ‘The New Croft’. It is now an FA Charter Standard Community Club offering football to all ages and genders under the guidance of our DBS enhanced, FA qualified coaches starting with the Saturday Mini Soccer Development School at the age of 4 right through to the Senior Team who currently play at Step 5 in the National League System.</p><p>Whilst the football club is the main user of the Haverhill Community Sports Association facility, located next door to Samuel Ward Academy, the Haverhill Community Sports Association also offers rooms for hire and hosts many parties and functions. Local groups and organisations such as Slimming World, Zumba, Weight Watchers, Darts and Jo Jingles Baby Group also use this community facility. We also work in partnership with local and regional groups, such as Abbeycroft Leisure, Suffolk FA and Ipswich Town FC, in the delivery of the player development centers which offers football to all in the community including groups for boys, girls and children with disabilities.</p><p>Now that you have a feel for the work being done in your Community I am writing to ask if you would be willing to get involved in providing much needed sponsorship funding in return for increased awareness of your Company within this well used facility. Many of the people involved are volunteers who give their time freely to ensure the people of Haverhill and beyond are both entertained by quality football matches and a match day experience to remember or have a top notch facility available for their organisation or event.</p><p>For the football lovers amongst you – and there is no better game for world-wide recognition that anyone can play with two jumpers and a ball of sorts; regardless of colour, creed, language, religion or status – we have various match day or player sponsorships which really get you close to the action and involved in the football side of Haverhill Rovers FC.</p><p>For those who are not so enamored with the beautiful game, but keen to get involved with a community project at the heart of the town, we have perimeter advertising where you can showcase your Company and commitment to your community to everyone who uses the facility.</p><p>For the Football Lovers a taste of what is available: Matchday Sponsorship includes 4 free matchday tickets and hospitality in the Committee Room, your logo on the matchday programme and your choice of Man of the Match announced on the PA system along with your Company Name. Price is £50 per match. Match Ball Sponsorship includes 2 free matchday tickets, your logo on the matchday programme and your Company Name announced over the PA system. Price is £25 per match.</p><p>Player Sponsorships: For a total of £60 per player per season your name and details will be featured in the matchday programme alongside the photo and pen pic of the player you have sponsored. This will also include the opportunity to have your photo taken with the player and you will receive the match reports emailed directly to you. Team Sponsorships: Available for all teams from U7s through to the senior teams, please email with your ideas and I will advise the various options to best suit your company needs.</p><p>Match Programme Advert: Full page, half page or quarter page adverts available to showcase your business or event at £100, £50 or £25 in black and white; or for colour email me for details.</p><p>For the Community Spirited a taste of what is available: Ground Advertising - the package offers the opportunity to increase local awareness by placing a perimeter advertising banner at The New Croft ground which will be seen by spectators during match day visits for all the teams and also all the groups who visit the Haverhill Community Sports Association. The banners are often featured in publicity shots and can be used for any promotional work you wish to carry out yourselves. The standard banner is 12ft by 2ft 6in. One year rental is £350 and subsequent years £250; lifespan of the banner is approximately 3 years and the materials and cost of the banner is included in the first year’s rental fee. Larger banners are available subject to negotiation.</p><p>The Haverhill Bash is being held at The New Croft in July where there is potential for a lot more Haverhill residents visiting to see your advertising board and would recommend that if this is an option for you that this is ordered as soon as possible so that the board can be prepared in time.
