<p> Southlake Chamber of Commerce Employment Contract</p><p>This Employment contract will confirm that the Southlake Chamber of Commerce (SCC) hereby extends to you an offer of contract employment on the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Contract employee is expected to abide by all standards as set forth in the Policies and Procedures manual as well.</p><p>Date: Name:</p><p>ITEM DETAILS</p><p>1. Job Title:</p><p>2. Mileage Allowance: NONE</p><p>6. Vacation: NONE</p><p>7. Sick Pay: NONE</p><p>8. Work Hours: Flexible schedule to be determined by contractor with the understanding that results are expected</p><p>9. Period of contract: 12 months, renewable</p><p>10. This employment offer and the Policy and Procedures manual, referred to herein, will constitute the full agreement between you and SCC and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements, understanding or promises regarding your contract employment through SCC.</p><p>11. The contractor's term will terminate upon the expiration of the contract period specified in item 9 of this contract as per policy unless extended by mutual agreement in writing by the contractor and SCC.</p><p>12. SCC will retain the original of this contract upon completion.</p><p>13. Should the contractor alter any of the details contained in the contract, after signature, it would be considered breach of contract.</p><p>14. I acknowledge and understand that: 1. I am on a 90 probationary period effective from the first day of work and that SCC has the right to terminate this contract. If this contract is terminated, I am not entitled to any compensation or benefits.</p><p>2. That I may terminate my contract during the probationary period and will face no liability to SCC. </p><p>3. That I may terminate my contract after the 90 probationary period by providing written notification to SCC. </p><p>15.
