<p> Stress Pamphlet Project </p><p>Introduction: High School should be a great experience, but due to the demands of school work, test, extracurricular activities and relationships on students stress becomes a major factor in their lives. Providing students receive the right tools and techniques they can learn how to manage their stress and develop skills that will create a healthier individual.</p><p>Task: You are a life coach, and an expert in the area of stress management. You have been asked to create a brochure/pamphlet that could be potentially placed in a school guidance office. Your job is to create a brochure/pamphlet explaining all aspects of stress. </p><p>1. What is stress? (get a complete definition that is more than one sentence) 2. How does stress affect the body and body systems? 3. What chronic diseases could result from stress? 4. What specific diseases can stress cause and how are they treated? 5. Define eustress and distress. 6. Give an example of eustress and distress. 7. Why is stress management important? 8. What are some ways to manage stress? (at least 5)</p><p>Be creative, professional, informative and unique with your finished product.</p><p>All sides have to be filled and typed.
