<p> States of Matter Writing activity. </p><p>Choose 1 of the following topics to write about. All writing must be in complete sentences with proper grammar and punctuation. </p><p>1. Write a descriptive essay about how a molecule of water changes state as it travels through the water cycle (rain, water vapor, snow etc) Be sure to include how the temperature and kinetic energy of the particles is related to each state. 2. Draw a cartoon that shows how the particles in each of the 4 states of matter behave. Also include at least 3 changes in sate. 3. Write a poem or song about the states of matter and at least 3 changes in state. 4.
