Inspection will be held on ______at ______am/pm.</p><p>If you unreasonably refuse to allow your LANDLORD entry into your leasehold premises at the above referenced time and date, you will be in violation of RCW 59.18.150 and potentially subject to a fine of up to $100.00 for each violation of said Statute.
