This sheet must be returned before student can be scheduled for IN CAR Instruction.</p><p>To be eligible in this session, students must be at least 16 years of age on or before March 15, 2013.</p><p>Senior, junior and sophomore students of each school are to obtain a lottery ticket through Renee Santos at Nashua High School North (Room A106) beginning on Monday, January 14 through Friday, January 18. </p><p>Tickets can also be obtained at Nashua High School South on Thursday, January 17 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in room F1004 next to the cafeteria.</p><p>Tickets may be obtained at either location. Students must ALWAYS present a student ID when picking-up a ticket. </p><p>Students, or a family member, holding the original lottery ticket MUST be present and prepared to make payment in full and bring a photocopy of the students Birth Certificate to be given to the instructors at the time of the lottery drawing day or a new lottery ticket will be drawn. We are not held responsible for lost documentation so please bring a photocopy. </p><p>No refunds are given after the second classroom meeting.</p><p>Driving begins and ends at NHS-South and usually continues a couple weeks beyond the last class. Listen for any additional announcements regarding the lottery day and start of the first class session.</p><p>LOTTERY TICKET DRAWING DAY AT NASHUA HIGH SCHOOL SOUTH (Payment must be made in full on this day and a copy of birth certificate is needed-NO Exceptions)</p><p>Seniors and Juniors Sophomores (if space is available) Tuesday, January 22, 2013 Thursday, January 24, 2013 Time: 3:30 p.m. at NHSS/Room F1004 Time: 3:30 p.m. at NHSS/Room F1004</p><p>Please do not sign up if you cannot commit yourself and make arrangements by arriving on time to take this class at Nashua High School South. There is a bus that leaves NHS North at 2:03 pm that will bring students to NHS South. This bus meets in front of the gym.</p>
