<p>Karen Gomez Bio – Karen Gomez Wellness Consulting</p><p>Karen Gomez is a Certified Holistic Life and Wellness Coach and founder of Karen Gomez Wellness Consulting. She focuses her work on educating and coaching stress reducing techniques by presenting holistic offerings to businesses and individuals. She believes the formula to minimizing stress in and out of the workplace, improving productivity, and enhancing leadership skills is ”mind+body+spirit=clarity”. Her goal is to partner with businesses and other workplace environments who are interested in helping their employees find effective wellness programs to empower their employee’s healthcare, and bring mindfulness practices ‘from the yoga room to the board room’. Education is the foundation of all of her programs to help individuals to improve their overall wellness internally and externally.</p><p>She holds additional certifications as a Higher Ground Leadership ® coach, an Oasis In The Overwhelm ® Facilitator of 60 Second Strategies to Overcome Stress in a Busy World, and a master teacher of yoga, meditation, and Reiki energy healing. She has been a member of the International Coaching Federation since 2010 and served the Connecticut chapter board in 2011/2012. She offers signature trainings Mindfulness for Clarity For The Conscious Leader and Seven Dimensions of Wellness. Individuals, organizations, and non-profits have experienced remarkable transformations through her unique coaching, wisdom and approach. Karen recently relocated to Cape Coral, FL from Connecticut. She is also an accomplished singer/songwriter and guitarist and enjoys the ocean, sunshine, and days at the beach.</p>
