Vice President Report: Al Ridingger was taken to the Canucks game VFDHC to send something to the Canucks for helping out</p><p>Treasurer Report voted passed: Craig will be asking for more money from athletic club</p><p>Directors:</p><p>Jay Lynch: The Christmas tournament was a success at GPF, a few changes for next year will be made New business: Craig proposes any team requesting support by the clubs will receive funds for each play at a cap of $50 with the option of additional funds to be request at the discretion of the executive. Motion by Craig; seconded by Sandy. Voted; passed Gump Cup: Honour Guard, Family to come out. Dan McClelland will be asked to come out to sing. Brian Snov to come out to take pictures. Get the professional team pictures. Old timers game Travis Hooper will look after. Rob Weeks will be asked to attend. Sandy's daughter will again do the 50/50. Isaac will schedule games.</p><p>VFDHC Banquet: Craig will look into getting the hall Sunday night for setup; 1 passenger bus will be ordered. Sandy suggested that the website needs to be cleaned up. Craig to look into it. Friday morning hockey lack of goalies; they are losing money. Craig will talk to Dave Dickerson and Steve Topping regarding these issues. Ben Christopherson proposed to do in job tournament similar to the Larry Kraft. Ben will be looking into it. Sandy brought up about Rod Salas regarding what he has brought to the club. The executive will look into what to do for him at the banquet.</p><p>There will be a Meeting before the Gump Cup</p><p>Elections President Nominations: Craig Brodziak nominated by Isaac Kaminski; seconded by Travis Hopper.
