Remember attendance is counted each week so that awards may be given at the end of the choir year. Please call or email Anne Thomas (770-402-9088 or [email protected]) if you know you will be absent from Wednesday choir rehearsal or from a Sunday worship participation date.</p><p>Awards are as follows: 1. A CHOIR PARTICIPATION TROPHY will be awarded to each member who completes the choir year. 2. A SUPERIOR CHOIR ATTENDANCE TROPHY will be awarded to children who miss NO MORE THAN 2 rehearsals during the choir year. 3. AN EXCELLENT CHOIR ATTENDANCE trophy will be awarded to children who miss NO MORE THAN 4 rehearsals during the choir year. 4. GOLD AND SILVER MEDALS will be awarded for perfect and excellent (missing no more than 2) worship participations for Second-Ponce Singers. 5. A YEARS OF SERVICE AWARD will be given to 5th grade children detailing the number of years they have served in children’s choirs. 6. A CELEBRATING GRACE HYMNAL will be given to each 2nd grader in the Music Makers Choir. SPdL Children’s Choirs: Music Friends- Pre-K, K, and 1st grade will meet on Wednesdays from 5:45-6:30 led by Whitney Anderson and Melissa Hollingsworth. Second-Ponce Singers-2nd-6th graders will meet Wednesdays from 5:45-6:40 led by Anne Thomas and Angelyn Turner.</p>
