<p>Dear Families, </p><p>Did you know…?</p><p> Students who don’t practice reading or math over the summer lose an average of two to three months’ worth of skills.  Over half of the reading achievement gap seen in low-income students can be attributed to summer learning loss.  All kids lose an average of one month of spelling skills over the summer.</p><p>Our kids can keep learning all year long! It features fun math games, mazes, puzzles, coloring pages, animated flashcards, and online children books.</p><p> http://www.knowledgeadventure.com</p><p>Knowledge Adventure’s games for kids are the perfect combination of fun and learning! Some games link to other sites, but most are hosted right there.</p><p> http://www.pbskidsplay.org</p><p>Play hundreds of fun educational kids games with PBS KIDS favorites such as Curious George, Elmo, Super Why, The Cat in the Hat and many more on “PBS KIDS PLAY”!</p>
