It is planned that the selection will take place in early October 2015 and you will be made aware of the decision shortly thereafter. </p><p>If you wish to be considered for selection please return this APPLICATION FORM together with the following:  FOR NEW EXHIBITORS - a sample(s) of your products with price included (a photograph is not enough).
