The articles are put up for Auction under instruction from various owners and are sold in ‘as is where is’ condition. Articles are to be inspected before purchase since no claim for compensation of any kind will lie after the sale. The principle of Caveat Emptor will apply. The list of articles is subject to additions and deletions. 2. Subject to reserve price, if any, all sales shall be made to the highest bidders. For bids upto and including ` 200/-, full amount shall be paid as deposit. For bids over ` 200/-, 25 percent subject to a minimum of ` 200/- should to be paid as deposit immediately the bid is knocked down on the spot. 3. The balance sale consideration, together with VAT as per TNVAT Act and handling charges of 2.30% should be paid by next day and goods removed, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited and the lot re-auctioned. Payments may be made through Cash, Visa & Master Credit or Debit Cards. Cheques will not be accepted. 4. If balance payment is delayed and payment is tendered before forfeiture notice is issued, Godown charges of ` 25/- per lot per day from the date of sale should be paid for effecting delivery. 5. Articles paid for (as per clause 3 above) should be taken delivery off by the purchaser, on the date of payment. Delivery can be taken after completion of the entire auction on the same day till 4.30p.m. or the next day from 10.00a.m. to 5.00p.m. No delivery while the auction is in progress. Articles not taken delivery off within the specified time shall be treated as abandoned and the purchaser shall have no claim over the articles or the amounts paid. 6.
