<p>2015 Camp Rock Enon Summer Camp – What to Bring 27. Flashlight/Batteries (Scouts) 28. Inexpensive watch 1. Scout Spirit 29. Daypack 2. Field uniform (Tan shirt with buttons), with troop neckerchief and standard slide Optional</p><p>3. Troop T shirt (black with green design) o Pocket knife, only if you have earned your Tote’n Chip or will be working on it – check with the 4. New charcoal wicking T shirt (no design) Scoutmaster</p><p>5. Other T shirts (no design or only Scout-appropriate o Compass design) o Fishing Gear 6. Shorts, 2 or 3 pairs (Scout shorts if you have them) o Camera 7. Long pants, 1 pair (Scout pants if you have them) o Small prayer book or Bible 8. Hiking boots or shoes o Pack for outpost camping – check with the 9. Extra shoes (old sneakers are fine) Scoutmaster</p><p>10. Shower shoes (Crocs or flip-flops) o Merit Badge books – also check with the Scoutmaster, as he may keep these 11. Underwear for 5 days minimum</p><p>12. Socks for 5 days minimum</p><p>13. Swim trunks, 2 is ideal</p><p>14. Large towels, 2 is ideal Please do not bring:</p><p>15. Sweater/jacket Cell phone or other electronics. They can get lost or damaged. You will not need them. 16. Rain gear (poncho or rain jacket; rain pants optional)</p><p>17. Insect net to go over cot in tent Other notes: 18. Hat</p><p>19. Toiletries: Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, comb, etc. Closed-toe shoes must be worn everywhere except 20. Sunscreen & insect repellent inside the shower building, which is the only place that flip-flops may be worn. Crocs are OK if they are 21. Notebook/Pencils a style that completely covers the toes.</p><p>22. Scout Handbook</p><p>23. Canteen or water bottle Please bring old towels and pillows/cases. Everything at summer camp gets worn and dirty. 24. Sleeping bag & pad This is not the place for your family’s nice matched new towels and pillowcases! 25. Light blanket or sheet</p><p>26. Pillow with case You will spend a lot of time in the water, which is why two pairs of swim trunks are ideal.</p><p>Tent sites are small, so check with the Scoutmaster before bringing a football or similar sports item.</p><p>Clothes should be packed into large ziplock bags before being placed into a duffle bag (recommended) or pack (acceptable). Your sleeping bag should be in a large garbage bag inside the stuff sack.</p><p>Please mark everything with your name and troop number.</p><p>Packing list is similar for adults, except that adults may carry cell phones if desired. Reception is not consistent. Phones can be recharged in the leader’s lounge.</p>
