A motion to approve the minutes from the April meeting was made by Edward Mroczka. 2nd was made by Gina Mroczka. Motion carried.</p><p>III. Statement of Treasurer – Amy Fradkin</p><p>Canceled last fundraiser because not enough orders</p><p>We are holding off on big expenses until after Fun Fair</p><p>Must have 2-3k in bank at the end of the year</p><p>IV. Committee Reports</p><p>Principal – Mrs. Pamela DeNeen. In the middle of M-Step and NWEA Brainstormers come on Monday Variety Show is in progress Leadership Day is coming up on June 2nd We received the Leader in Me banner from Franklin Covey Tomorrow the Promethean board for the teacher’s lounge will be in</p><p>Father Vice President - Eric Mattison Sign up genius will be out this weekend We need lots of volunteers Train may not be rented and asked for any other connections</p><p>Mother Vice President – Amanda LeFranc Teacher Appreciation is going on now May 18-19 is School Beautification</p><p>Secretary – Jessica Agius-Tracy We will have a final dine out this month Need volunteers for the last Popcorn Friday on the May 20th Book Fair is coming up</p><p>Teachers – Thanks for the Science Fair and the extra budget Founders Day was very nice Enjoying Teacher Appreciation Week</p><p>All meeting minutes and financial reports can be accessed on our website: http://parents.dearbornschools.org/lindbergh/ Other Chairs – Debbie Koeler.-the Blood Drive is Tuesday May, 24th Field Day is Wednesday June 15th</p><p>V. New Business </p><p>Jim Thorpe will check with the High School clubs to see if they can help paint the playground items before June 2nd</p><p>Make 1 account for Sign Up Genius so all of the PTA can access</p><p>VII. Announcements</p><p>Eddie Mroczka accepted the nomination for Father VP-All voted and carried</p><p>Jessica Agius-Tracy accepted the nomination for Mother VP-All voted and carried</p><p>Ameena Baydoun accepted the nomination for Secretary-All voted and carried</p><p>Amy Fradkin accepted the nomination for Treasure- All voted and carried</p><p>Vanessa Mkrtumian accepted the nomination for President- All voted and carried</p><p>VIII.
