<p>Brisbane North PHN is offering 15 peers workers the opportunity to attend the Brook RED Dialog 2016: perspectives on peer work conference, on Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 November 2016 in Brisbane. Each sponsored registration is valued at $350.</p><p>Applications are welcome from any peer workers (paid or volunteers) who work within the Brisbane North region and who work in a mental health peer work role which requires you to use your lived experience of recovery. The scholarship is for peer workers who may not have the financial capacity to attend this conference.</p><p>If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please fill in the application form and submit by Monday 29 August 2016. Successful applicants will be notified by email by COB Monday 5 September 2016. No late applications will be accepted. </p><p>Terms and conditions</p><p>Applicants must be available to attend both days of the conference in Brisbane on Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 November 2016. Funding is intended solely for registration. The successful applicants will need to cover their own transportation to the conference and any other related expenses.
