DuBois Memorial Scholarship Fund United Methodist Men Scholarship Fund United Methodist Women Scholarship Fund Haas, Watson-Shepard, Jobe, Dubois Memorial Funds</p><p>Vale United Methodist Church (VUMC) is blessed to offer educational scholarships through the above funds. These scholarship funds provide assistance to persons for the purpose of educational growth experiences. Interested applicants must complete the attached application (hand-written applications will not be considered), using additional sheets as necessary. Each applicant must provide a minimum of two references. The references cited on the application must also write a letter of recommendation. To be considered, an application and at least two letters of recommendation must be submitted as one package by the applicant by 5pm EST May 7, 2015. You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt. </p><p>Scholarship Criteria:</p><p>First-time applicants who are active Vale United Methodist Church members will be given first priority when awarding scholarships. Graduate student candidates will only be considered if focusing on Religious Studies, or similar. If excess funds are available, second time applicants and non-members may be considered.
