<p> Oozy Gluezy</p><p>Materials: Dixie cups, pop cycle sticks, measuring spoons, ziplocks, white glue, water, food coloring choices, borax power —grocery store—laundry aisle, paper towel or baby wipes for hands.</p><p>Procedure: 1. Put 3 tablespoons of glue in a cup. 2. Add 3 tablespoons of water. 3. Add 3 drops of food coloring and mix together. 4. In a ziplock bag put 1 tablespoon of borax power. 5. To it add 3 tablespoons of water. Ziplock the bag closed and mix until the borax is dissolved. 6. Open the bag and pour the glue into the bag scraping the cup with a stick to get it all. 7. Close the bag again and kneed or mix the contents well. 8. After mixing well, open the bag and feel the oozy gluezy. You should be able to take it out and handle it.</p><p>Explanation: Oozy gluezy is a polymer. The borax molecules are long twisted spiral chains that connect or lock to the long twisted spiral chains of molecules of glue to make the substance.</p>
