Students buy their own fast food lunch ($5-8). See Coach Baer if need money. </p><p>5:30 pm Arrive at hotel. Double Tree by Hilton, 10100 College Blvd., Overland Park, KS 66201 Distribute tour shirts. Check into rooms. Copy and distribute rooming list to adults and captains.</p><p>6:45 pm Meet in lobby in #1’s (khakis and tour shirts).</p><p>7:00 pm Goals Banquet in hotel.</p><p>9:00 pm Banquet concludes.</p><p>10:00 pm Players in own rooms. Parents check.</p><p>10:30 pm Lights out. Parents check.</p><p>Saturday, April 22 6:45 am Wakeup calls. Everyone eats breakfast.</p><p>7:30 am Lisa tapes B Side.</p><p>8:10 am Players gather in meeting room in rugby gear (# 2”s) and rain gear. Announce sides.</p><p>8:30 am Bus departs.</p><p>9:00 am Arrive at Blue River Park, I-435 and 104th St., Kansas City, MO</p><p>10:00 am B Side vs. KC Jr. Blues (A Side lunch) 11:15 am C Side vs. KC Jr. Blues (B Side lunch) 12:30 pm A Side vs. KC Jr. Blues (C Side lunch)</p><p>1:45 pm Matches conclude. Gifts to captains and referees.</p><p>2:45 pm Bus departs for hotel.</p><p>3:00 pm Bus arrives at hotel. Players shower and swim.</p><p>6:00 pm Meet in lobby in #3’s (street clothes).</p><p>6:15 pm Team walks together to bowling alley. Most parents and coaches are on their own for dinner.
