<p> Secret Shopper Customer Instructions Thank you for participating in our Secret Shopper program! In your packet you have secret shopper forms, a digital thermometer, and cash. Please review the form before you pull up to the window of the location, so you know what you are looking for. Once you pull away, please fill out the form. There are a few specifics you may need to remember, such as:</p><p> Espresso Shots: each double shot of espresso should be 15-26 seconds long from the time the barista presses the button on the machine. </p><p> Drink Temp: use the thermometer as soon as you pull away to test the temperature. Our optimal temperature is 150-155.</p><p> Froth: unless you order a cappuccino, the amount of froth on your drink should be ¼”.
