Chapter 23, Title 48 of the 1976 Code is amended 24 by adding: 25 26 “Section 4823300. A major facility project, as defined in 27 Section 4852810(10), requesting thirdparty certification may not 28 seek a rating point that would discriminate against wood products 29 of this State derived from forestlands certified by the Sustainable 30 Forestry Initiative or the American Tree Farm System.” 31 32 SECTION 2.
