You may not enter or remain upon on the property located at [ADDRESS OF SCHOOL] or you will be considered trespassing, as set forth in the Code of Virginia and will be subject to arrest. </p><p>This notification is in accordance with the Policy and Regulations of the Henrico County School Board (Policy P11-08-001 and Regulation R11-08-001) and Sections 18.2-119 and 18.2-128 of the Code of Virginia. This action is being taken due to [STATE THE REASON].</p><p>[IF THE BANNED PERSON IS THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF A CURRENT STUDENT] We will make arrangements to communicate with you regarding your child’s educational progress.</p><p>Within 10 business days of receiving notice thereof, you may submit a written appeal with any additional evidence you wish to be considered, to the Assistant Superintendent for Operations by mail or fax to:</p><p>Mr. Al Ciarochi Assistant Superintendent of Operations 3820 Nine Mile Road Henrico, VA 23223 804.652.3856</p><p>If you submit a timely appeal, you will be allowed to request a telephone conference with the Assistant Superintendent of Operations prior to a decision being made. Please be advised that this no trespass letter remains in full force and effect unless it is modified by the Assistant Superintendent of Operations on appeal.</p><p>The ONLY exceptions to the no trespassing provisions contained herein are as follows: 1) you are permitted to vote at a precinct located on School Board property;</p><p>2) you are permitted to attend any meeting of a governmental body open to the general public held on School Board property.</p><p>Page 1 of 2 HCPS.v1.10.3.2014 Page 2 of 2</p><p>It is suggested that you keep a copy of this letter with you when you are on school property pursuant to one of the exceptions above. </p><p>One year from the date of this letter you may request that this no trespassing letter be rescinded by sending a written request to the Office of School Safety at 3820 Nine Mile Road, Henrico, VA 23223, making your request.
