David Siedelman, LAUSD Athletics Office presentation 11:30–12:00 Closing Comments 12:00 Meeting Standards:  The Sport Coordinator, Football Coaches Advisory and the Section Office will collaborate to coordinate the coaches meeting.  The Sport Coordinator is responsible for the meeting agenda.  Any changes in the agenda must be requested and approved by the Section Office o Once the agenda is finalized and approved it will not be altered to accommodate individuals.  Sport Coordinator will work with Section Office to arrange for guest speakers.  Meeting agenda and meeting reminders must be sent two weeks prior to the meeting via email and school mail to all coaches and Athletic Directors that field the sport.  Respect will be shown for coach’s time and efforts to attend the meeting by requiring all speakers to arrive early and maintain the timeliness of the agenda.  The Section Office will make the final decision on date, location, and time of the coaches meetings.</p>
