<p> RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF BENTON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO SELL USED VEHICLES</p><p>WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Benton County, Mississippi, desires to give notice that it intends to sell used equipment for and on behalf of the Sheriff Department and the </p><p>Board of Supervisors to the highest bidder for cash; and</p><p>WHEREAS, existing laws provide that proper notice of the intention of the Board to accomplish these things should be given in the manner and form required by law;</p><p>NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Benton </p><p>County, Mississippi, as follows:</p><p>1.
