<p> WISE Women of Blair County Scholarship Application</p><p>Scholarship Amount: One or more scholarships will be available up to a total of $12,000.</p><p>Scholarships will be available to females 21 years of age or older (at least 21 by the date scholarship monies granted) who will be attending any accredited post-secondary educational institution (no monies will be granted to pursue graduate coursework for Master level programs or higher). The individual applying must be a US citizen or eligible non-citizen (permanent US resident) and a resident of Blair County.
