<p> LGMA ANNUAL CONFERENCE & TRADE SHOW</p><p>Victoria Conference Centre, Victoria, BC May 15 – 17, 2018</p><p>The Place to do Business with Local Government</p><p>Exhibiting at the Local Government Management Association’s Annual Conference and Tradeshow is a great way to showcase your company and meet with over 300 BC local government decision makers face to face!</p><p>The full conference program and online registration will be available in February 2018; please let us know if you would like to be included on the distribution list. As space is limited we encourage you to reserve early, with booth spaces assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. </p><p>The price (subject to change) of a booth space is $1,645 + GST, or $1,705 + GST after March 23. Included:</p><p> One exhibitor delegate pass  One 8’x10’ draped space (8’ back wall and 3’ side wall, black drapery)  1x 6’ Skirted Table (black) and 2 padded folding chairs  A single receptacle electrical outlet - 750 watt, 7 amp  Your organization listed in delegate information packages (handout) and on conference mobile app  The option to place a 1 page insert and small promotional give-away in delegate packages.</p><p>Take part! With the purchase of an exhibitor delegate pass, you are welcome to attend all meals including the President’s Reception and Annual Banquet, as well as keynote speakers and educational sessions occurring outside of trade show hours. To accommodate those who may be staffing their booths in shifts, exhibitors delegate passes will be transferable at the conference. </p><p>Please note: a single exhibitor delegate pass entitles attendance by one representative at a time. Each additional pass is $675 + GST, or $735 + GST after March 23. Meal tickets may also be purchased a la carte.</p><p>Early in the spring, you will receive a package with your booth space assignment, and information regarding set-up and tear-down times, internet service, and shipping your display. The package will also contain policy and procedures for prize draws as well as order forms from Events on the Move, through whom you may order additional services and equipment.</p><p>There are also exciting sponsorship opportunities available.
