Students will interpret and analyze political graphs and spreadsheets. 2. Students will select and defend positions in writing and discussion. 3. Students will correctly cite their sources of information.</p><p>Introduction: Librarian introduces the project by demonstrating use of the website "PollingReport.com" </p><p>Content/Instruction: Librarian hands out worksheets after the introduction. Students then work independently at computers to complete the project.</p><p>Guided Practice: Worksheet provided. Click on the link here to see the Internet Activity Worksheet.</p><p>Assesment: Social Studies teachers assessed the lesson; librarian should assess citation of information.</p><p>Materials: Equipment to project demonstration of Internet site. Worksheets. Individual computers with Internet access.</p><p>Comment: The students enjoy this project of seeing results of current polls and making their own comments about those polls.</p>
