Yes Agenda topics: WELCOME & INTRODUCTIONS Everyone was welcomed and provided introductions. Agenda was reviewed. 1. Welcome and introductions. The minutes from March 24 were reviewed and approved. 2. Report from Nominating Committee – We have 3 positions to be filled on the Membership Committee. We will reach out to Lore Baker from the State of IL to invite her. 3. June All CoC Meeting – Contract signed for space on June 14 which includes 3 multi- purpose rooms, the gym, and the chapel. The Chair of the BOD will do an intro followed by Sherry and Larry who will say some words to bring the community together. We discussed the Coordinated Entry Update and the importance of allowing the members to ask questions about it. We reviewed the survey about breakout sessions and determined that we will have the following sessions: Rapid MINUTES Rehousing, Other housing (Statewide Referral & Moving On), Homeless Youth including STLS, Workforce/Employment, and SOAR. We divided the work to reach out to the presenters (confirm sessions in 2 weeks). Once the All CoC Agenda is approved Dave will send it to the Executive Committee. 4. Review member list – The list is small right now because we are mostly relying on word of mouth. 5. Review “Join the CoC” flyer- we are waiting on a flyer. 6. Discuss “homeless or formerly homeless” member definition for CoC member application – We discussed whether there should be any time frame and how to appropriately handle it if an individual is registered as a person with lived experience but is also employed with a HUD-funded service provider. 7. Next steps/Agenda items for next meeting- Next meeting will be held on May 26.
