It is expected that papers in areas of dynamics and flight control; theory, design and technology of aircraft, engines; sciences on materials, information and computing systems, experimental investigations; economic and humanity problems of operation will be published. Scientists of different fields are invited to the cooperation; also we invite the social international organizations, associations, Universities, Scientific-Engineering Centers. Manuscript Submission Manuscripts for publication in this Journal should be submitted in triplicate to the Editorial Office or to an individual member of the Board of Associate Editors who, in the opinion of the authors, is more closely involved with the topic of the paper. The papers may be in ENGLISH or RUSSIAN. Authors should send their works (3 clean copies, ~15 pp.), prepared to the publication by copying method (prepared for camera ready manuscripts), and diskette, (Word for Windows, IBM PC). It is possible to submit the paper also by e-mail. Text size is 160x235 (mm), Times New Roman, 12pt, one space; including the title of article, author name, name of Institute (University), full address for contacts. The upper margin is 35mm, left margin is 25mm, right margin is 25mm. Pages are numbered by pencil on the opposite side; the illustrations (format files .jpg, .gif, .bmp) are placed at the same scale as the text. Short information about the author (3-4 lines) is given in end of article (including the area of scientific interests, the spheres of applications). Also it is necessary the abstract of article (~1p.), prepared on same rules, but without indication of address. Abstract is placed on separate page. Authors of papers in Russian are required to supply – an abstract in English, in addition to the abstract in the principal language of the paper, (1p.) and – the article variant in English. The author reserves the right to copy his publication. The Journal may be sent to the author by his request for the separate payment or by subscription.
