What does our HOA fee pay for?</p><p>The HOA fee covers common area expenses of the neighborhood, such as, your entrance lights on sign (if applicable), paying neighborhood vendors (electricity, etc) common area/green space landscape and maintenance, insurance on common areas, etc.</p><p>4. Where can I get more information on my neighborhood?</p><p>Visit our website at www.myprimefinancial.net, click on the HOA tab on the left hand side and you will see Pocalla Springs HOA listed. You will find the covenants and restrictions for the neighborhood as well and this fact sheet.</p><p>**For real estate closings, there is a one-time home buyer registration/transfer fee as follows: $50.00 on new construction homes, $100 on re-sell homes**</p>
