<p> GSCSNJ Position Description</p><p>TITLE: Field Team Program Coordinator</p><p>PURPOSE: To assist the Community Development Specialist in delivering program to girls in underserved areas throughout GSCSNJ’s jurisdiction.</p><p>ACCOUNTABLE TO: Community Development Specialist</p><p>TYPE OF POSITION: Temporary, non-exempt, 20 hours or less per week, September through June (could be utilized during a summer program)</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p> Assist the Community Development Specialist in recruiting and processing GSUSA membership for members of targeted site  Assist with regular duties of delivering program; taking attendance, providing Girl Scout program to the girl members, working with the product program campaigns and distributing GSUSA insignia, earned recognitions and product program incentives.  Participate in evaluation of each troop program/ special events delivered  Promote volunteer leadership of Girl Scout troops by including parents and interested adults in troop meetings with the goal to ultimately move the troop under the leadership of volunteers.  Complete GSCSNJ Leader Training Courses, Basic First Aid and CPR courses.  Attend meetings as required  Complete required forms and reports</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p> High School diploma or GED  Demonstrated experience and ability to work with girls of various ages, and abilities  Must be flexible, a problem solver, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to foster a pluralistic environment  Able to work a flexible schedule and travel within assigned area(s)  Able to lift 25 pounds  Ability to support and adhere to the Girl Scout Promise & Law</p>
