<p> The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust</p><p>BOURNEMOUTH DIABETES & ENDOCRINE CENTRE Insulin Pump Training Course Wednesday/ Thursday- 11th/12th September 2013 Facilitators: Dr David Cavan, Emma Jenkins. Melanie Weiss and Joan Everett</p><p>At Bournemouth we have been involved with many successful pump training courses and the next one has been arranged for Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th September. The Course will be held at Village Hotel, Bournemouth and will be suitable for any members of multi-disciplinary diabetes team. To reserve a definite place on this pump training course, please complete the form below and send to [email protected]. The cost for 2 day course is £350 plus VAT per person which includes 1 nights’ accommodation and evening meal on the 11th September at the Village Hotel plus all daytime refreshments.
