Oct 18th 2008</p><p>Dear Coaches</p><p>We extend to you this cordial invitation to compete in the Muhlenberg South ‘SUN RUN’ to be contested on Saturday, October 18th, 2008 at Muhlenberg South HS. The school is located on 2900 State Route 176 Greenville, Ky. The 2008 AA Regional Championships will be held on this course.</p><p>We have a beautiful course that is both challenging and very well marked. Spectators may view practically the entire race from the finish line area. </p><p>We highly suggest that you enter online utilizing your Team Manager program or TM Lite. This is how you will be asked to enter the Regional and it makes things much easier for meet hosts. We will, however, accept entry forms sent in via fax or postal mail. You will find an events file attachment (included with this letter) of the races that will be contested on the 18th. Please remember to add the “p” back on when you download the attachment into your Team Manager program. </p><p>Race Schedule and Entry Fees</p><p>9:30 AM Girls Elementary (3K) 6th grade and under</p><p>Unlimited entries ($ 25.00 per team or $ 5.00 per individual) </p><p>9:50 AM Boys Elementary (3k) 6th grade and under</p><p>Unlimited entries ($25.00 per or $ 5.00 per individual)</p><p>10:15 AM Girls Middle School (4K) 7th and 8th Grade</p><p>Unlimited entries ($35.00 per team or $7.00 per individual)</p><p>10:45 AM Boys Middle School (4K) 7th and 8th Grade</p><p>Unlimited entries ($35.00 per or $7.00 per individual)</p><p>11:15 AM Varsity Girls (5K)</p><p>($45.00 per team or $9.00 per individual)</p><p>Limited to 10 Athletes per team</p><p>12:00 Varsity Boys (5K)</p><p>($45.00 per team or $9.00 per individual) Limited to 10 Athletes per team </p><p>Boys and Girls from the same school are considered separate teams. Please make entry fee check payable to: Muhlenberg South High School. Our entry deadline is Tuesday October 14th. We must have your entries by that date. Our fax number is (270) 338-9710</p><p>Scoring: based on the teams 1st 5 athletes to finish. All ties will be broken by the teams sixth finisher. To score two teams you must pay two entry fees. </p><p>Awards</p><p>**Individual Trophies will be awarded to the top two finishers in each race. (only 1st in elementary and Middle School)</p><p>**Team trophies will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place teams.
