<p> Baked Sweet Potato “Fries”</p><p>2 medium sweet potatoes, washed and cut into sticks about ½” thick 1 tbs. olive oil or canola oil 2 tsp. paprika Sea salt to taste</p><p> Preheat oven to 400’F. In a bowl, pour oil over sweet potatoes and mix well. Add paprika and stir, coating all fries. Spread on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, turning fries once, halfway through baking.
