Dr. Hollingsworth made a motion, seconded by Ms. McDonough, to approve the minutes as presented. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>UNFINISHED BUSINESS</p><p>There was no unfinished business before the Board.</p><p>NEW BUSINESS </p><p>Review of Application for Licensure by Reciprocity – Dr. Catherine Brokaw</p><p>The Board reviewed Dr. Catherine Brokaw’s application for licensure by reciprocity. Dr. Hollingsworth made a motion, seconded by Dr. Johnson to approve Dr. Brokaw’s application. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Review of Application for Licensure by Reciprocity – Dr. Richard Brokaw</p><p>The Board reviewed Dr. Richard Brokaw’s application for licensure by reciprocity. Ms. Gardner made a motion, seconded by Ms. McDonough to approve Dr. Brokaw’s application. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Review of Application for Licensure by Reciprocity – Dr. John Mills, ABPP</p><p>The Board reviewed Dr. Mills’ application for licensure by reciprocity. Dr. Hollingsworth made a motion, seconded by Dr. Johnson to approve Dr. Mills’ application. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Review of Application to sit for EPPP Exam – Dr. Angelica Escalona</p><p>The Board reviewed Dr. Escalona’s application to sit for the EPPP exam. Dr. Keyes made a motion, seconded by Dr. Johnson to table Dr. Escalona’s application for receipt of a new supervision form from her supervisor that clearly indicates the correct dates of supervision. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Review of Application to sit for EPPP Exam – Dr. Elizabeth Bolton</p><p>The Board reviewed Dr. Bolton’s application to sit for the EPPP exam. Dr. Hollingsworth made a motion, seconded by Dr. Keyes to propose to deny Dr. Bolton’s application because her program of studies at the University of Georgia does not meet the credentials criteria in rule 6.0. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Review of Application for Registered Psychological Assistant – Dr. Tracey Frazier</p><p>The Board reviewed Dr. Frazier’s application for registration as a Psychological Assistant for Dr. Grande. Dr. Keyes made a motion, seconded by Dr. Hollingsworth to table Dr. Frazier’s application for clarification of her work arrangements between Dr. Grande and Dr. Turner whom Dr. Frazier was previously approved as a psychological assistant. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Review of Application for Registered Psychological Assistant – Angela Granquist-Bowman</p><p>The Board reviewed Ms. Granquist-Bowman’s application for registration as a Psychological Assistant for Dr. Patti-Kennard. Dr. Hollingsworth made a motion, seconded by Mr. Szczuka, to table Ms. Granquist-Bowman’s application for a completed job description from Dr. DiDominicis. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Review of Application for Licensure by Application – Dr. Charles Webb</p><p>The Board reviewed Dr. Webb’s application for licensure as a psychologist. Dr. Hollingsworth made a motion, seconded by Mr. Szczuka to approve Dr. Webb’s application. Motion unanimously carried. Board of Examiners of Psychologists Minutes – 03/06/2006 Page 3</p><p>Notification of Disciplinary Actions</p><p>The Board considered options of making notification of license revocations and suspensions for the purpose of public safety and welfare. After much discussion, Mr. Szczuka made a motion, seconded by Dr. Johnson that after revoking or suspending a license the Board will make a press release to the Delaware State News and Wilmington News Journal, notify the Delaware Psychological Association, put the information on the Divisions website and notify the American Psychological Association. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Notification of Disciplinary Action – Dr. Kevin Keough</p><p>Dr. Johnson made a motion, seconded by Mr. Szczuka to notify the Delaware State News, News Journal, Delaware Psychological Association and American Psychological Association of the suspension of Dr. Kevin Keough’s psychology license. In addition, Dr. Keyes, the contact person on the original complaint will write a letter to the Investigative Unit of the Division of Professional Regulation requesting that they follow up to insure that Dr. Keough is in fact no longer practicing. Dr. Keyes abstained. Motion carried.</p><p>Correspondence</p><p>There was no correspondence for the Board to review.</p><p>Other Business Before the Board (For Discussion Only) </p><p>There was no other business before the Board.</p><p>Public Comment</p><p>There was no public comment.</p><p>Next Meeting Date </p><p>The Board will hold a meeting on April 3, 2006 at 9:00 am in Conference Room “A” of the Cannon Bldg., 861 Silver Lake Blvd., Dover, Delaware, 19904. All present indicated they would attend.</p><p>Adjournment</p><p>Ms. McDonough made a motion, seconded by Dr. Hollingsworth to adjourn. Motion unanimously carried.
