They will be confirmed by email for new players and in the renewal invoice for existing players</p><p>For children aged under 3 - Parents/Carers/Guardians are responsible for the supervision of their respective children at all times during sessions.</p><p>Children must wear appropriate sports clothing, and hair must be tied back. No jewelry is allowed to be worn during sessions.</p><p>Notice of termination: The following describes the situation should it be necessary to end this agreement: a. Player gives notice to NETBALL NIPPERS: NETBALL NIPPERS will refund the cost of all unattended sessions less one session which will cover the cost of administration and allow the opportunity to replace the player in the term. For example, if a player wishes to leave a 12 week term after 4 weeks, then NETBALL NIPPERS will refund the cost of 7 sessions. b. NETBALL NIPPERS give notice to Player: NETBALL NIPPERS will give as much notice as possible that it is unable to continue with this agreement but will continue classes until the end of the current term.</p><p>With the exception of new players enrolling after a course has started, no deductions can be made for missed sessions (however exceptions can be made at the head coach’s discretion should a player suffer a long-term injury or illness.)</p><p>NETBALL NIPPERS do not accept liability for any damage or loss of property before, during or after sessions.</p><p>If it is necessary to cancel a class as a result of illness or an emergency, NETBALL NIPPERS will contact parents/guardians by email, giving as much notice as possible. </p><p>Should it be necessary to close the NETBALL NIPPERS sessions because of epidemic, pandemic, national crisis or any circumstances outside of the control of NETBALL NIPPERS, fees cannot be returned nor can compensation be made for any period of lost sessions.</p><p>NETBALL NIPPERS Limited and its franchisees are Data Protection Registered. Any personal information provided to NETBALL NIPPERS Limited and its franchisees will be recorded, processed and held in accordance with relevant laws.
