<p> The Macel Coffman/Emma Smith Scholarship At the College of Southern Idaho</p><p>Macel’s husband, Max Coffman of Shoshone, Idaho, makes this scholarship possible by a memorial to Macel Smith LaGrange Coffman and her mother, Emma Milton Smith.</p><p>This scholarship will provide funding for tuition and fees at the College of Southern Idaho based on the amount of funds available, equally divided between two semesters. The recipient will be responsible for other costs associated with obtaining an education. Those costs will include but are not limited to, books, housing, and transportation.</p><p>Criteria for Application</p><p>1. The recipient of this scholarship must be a resident of Lincoln County.</p><p>2. Financial need will be considered. </p><p>3. Gender, age and ethnicity shall not be factors.</p><p>4. Scholarships may be used for either scholastic studies or professional/technical programs at the College of Southern Idaho.</p><p>5.
