If possible, information on professional publications, professional/technical organization membership, awards, publications, and any other information that could assist the Eminence Committee and the AAWRE Board of Trustees in verifying fulfillment of the Diplomate requirements should be included. Summarize in this space (up to one page), the essence elements of the nominee’s education and professional experience.</p><p>NOMINEE PROFESSIONAL CONTRIBUTION</p><p>Nominating Trustee must include here, a summary statement of why the nominee should be considered for the Honorary Status. The summary statement should be no more than 2 pages and address the important issues of:</p><p> o Qualifying education and licensure o Length and quality of experience o Ethics, and o Significant professional contributions.</p><p>Include explanations for items not clearly evident in CV or other nomination materials such as: Education if no degrees past the bachelor’s, licensure if granted by other than a U.S. state or territory, and experience if breaks are evident, or questions that are likely regarding the nature of experience.
