<p> Davenport Community School District Media Specialist Standards and Criteria These behaviors and descriptors can be used as a resource when working to meet the standards and criteria for the Iowa Teaching Standards. These are not required, but developed as suggestions taken from the Cedar Rapids School District and the University of Iowa Education Dept. and modified to meet the needs of the Davenport Community School District Library Media Program. Standard 1 Demonstrates ability to enhance academic performance and support for implementation of the school district student achievement goals. </p><p>Criteria: The Teacher Teacher Behavior Optional Documentation a. Uses student performance  Uses a variety of  Anecdotal records data as a guide for decision- assessments  Reading Inventories and making.  Discussions with classroom surveys teachers  Circulation records  Circulation statistics  Team meetings  Accelerated Reader statistics</p><p> STAR Reading statistics d.
