<p>MINUTES of a meeting of the Discipline Committee of the Middlesex County Football League on Tuesday 26 April 2011 at Flurrys Farm, Long Lane, Stanwell, Middx at 7-30 p.m.</p><p>Present: Mr.V.Leggatt - Discip Chairman, Mr.E.Mee - Discip Sec, and Mrs.G.Humphries.</p><p>Apologies: Mrs. S. Aldridge and Mr.D.Fuller.</p><p>Reason: To update all outstanding matches relating to discipline, each item was dealt with individually and after discussion the following decisions were forthcoming :-</p><p>18 Dec 10 Div 1(C&E) North London Football Academy v FC Romania Unfulfilled Fixture Although marked as NLFA under London FA suspension, it transpires that this was not the case. Comm dec : This match to be rescheduled. </p><p>05 Mar 11 Div 1(C&E) Vallance 1 v FC Romania 0 Abandoned Match 2 FC Romania players found guilty of causing the match to be abandoned. Comm dec : Rule 10(F)(viii) Award match to Vallance, No fines can be levied for an abandoned match. </p><p>02 Apr 11 Div 3(H&D) Explorers 0 v AFC Southall 0 Abandoned Match 2 Explorers players were fighting with a spectator. Comm dec : Rule 10(F)(viii) Award match to AFC Southall, No fines can be levied for an abandoned match. </p><p>09 Apr 11 Prem Div Singh Sabha Slough 3 v FC Deportivo Galicia 0 Suspended Player FC Deportivo Galicia had played Leo Decabo whilst under County suspension (starting 21 Mar – 3 matches). Comm dec : Rule 8(O)(i) Fine FC Deportivo Galicia as Rule, (ii) -3 points.</p><p>09 Apr 11 Prem Div Interwood v Stonewall Unfulfilled Fixture Referee called game off as pitch markings were unsatisfactory. Comm dec: Match to be rescheduled. </p><p>16 Apr 11 Junior Open Cup S-Final Hillingdon F.C. Res 4 v Elite Youth 3 Ineligible Player Hillingdon F.C. Res played Fred Haynes who had only played 2 League and 2 Cup matches. Comm dec : League Rule 8(M)(i) Award the match to Elite Youth, no fine to be imposed.</p><p>23 Apr 11 Div 3(H&D) Lixus Utd v CB Houns Utd Social 3rds Unfulfilled Fixture Lixus Utd called off the match even though they had been offered their opponents pitch.
