<p>Talent Match Steering Group: D2N2</p><p>The Steering Group for Talent Match provides the driving force behind the work that has to be accomplished across D2N2 in order to submit a successful Talent Match prospectus. In order to work as effectively and efficiently as possible Steering Group members were chosen on the basis of their geographical spread, their ability to contribute time, energy and resource and their ability to demonstrate at least one of the following critical factors:  A strategic role in shaping services for the benefit of the target group;  access to a wider cross sector partnership to support the work of the partnership;  ability to engage and involve young people in the target audience in the process;  access to data or evidence that will help identify need and/or existing provision;  the views and perspectives of employers;</p><p>The Steering Group exists to help drive the programme but also provide a route for feeding information in and out of the developing prospectus.
