<p> PRIDE </p><p>PrepartionRespectIntensityDesireEnthusiasm Wrestling Club</p><p>Dear wrestling parent,</p><p>I am very excited to announce that we are continuing to grow our youth wrestling club in the Blue Springs area this coming season. The BLUE SPRINGS PRIDE WRESTLING CLUB will kick off its third season this fall in the Blue Springs Wrestling Facility.</p><p>The BLUE SPRINGS PRIDE WRESTLING CLUB will provide coaching, training and competition for wrestlers age 5-14. Pride is primarily for those wrestlers in the Blue Springs School District who will ultimately be competing at Blue Springs High School in future years.</p><p>1. The fee will be $150 plus the cost of a USA Wrestling Card. Club fee will include: coaching at tournaments and all practices, a basic uniform package, singlet, t-shirt, shorts, hoodie warm-up top for competition. Additional uniform items will be made available. Costs for individual tournaments should also be considered. Local tournaments generally charge a $10-$20 participation fee. 2. All wrestlers must purchase a USA Wrestling Card in order to participate or practice. [This will be made available at registration and the first practice.] 3. Though the practice schedule may vary, we are planning to practice on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.</p><p>I am also very excited to announce that Cory Crandall and Seth Clark will serve as the co-head coaches of the club. Coach Tucker will have sign-ups on Monday, November 3rd and Wednesday, November 3rd. The sign-ups will take place in the Blue Springs Wrestling Training Facility in the upstairs area of the Blue Springs High School gymnasium from 5:30- 7:00pm</p><p>Both Coach Crandall and Coach Clark have been with PRIDE were coaches on staff last year. Coaches will emphasize basic skills necessary for a successful wrestling experience. Likewise, our goal is to make wrestling a fun experience for all wrestlers. Coaches will help wrestlers learn to appreciate hard work and other lifelong skills.</p><p>All parents who are interested in their son or daughter joining the BLUE SPRINGS PRIDE WRESTLING CLUB should plan on attending one of the two sign-ups on either the November 3 rd or November 5th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. We will also give a quick tour of the Blue Springs Wrestling Training Facility.
