Please provide detailed responses in the spaces provided below to demonstrate ability to meet the following scope of services:</p><p>EVALUATION CRITERIA POINTS</p><p>Experience fulfilling Agricultural Environmental Management, and Agricultural Nonpoint 10 Source Abatement and Control Program requirements</p><p>Ability to efficiently hire and retain qualified staff for the purposes of carrying out agricultural 10 conservation projects</p><p>Ability to actively manage projects for received grants, including plans of work 10 development, contract management and reporting</p><p>Experience holding state contracts specific to State Soil and Water Conservation 5 Committee (State Committee) activities and programs Proposal No. ______</p><p>Experience reviewing budget expenditures and program status for verification of payment 5 requests</p><p>Experience providing technical assistance for the assessment, planning, implementation, 10 and evaluation of agricultural conservation Best Management Practices</p><p>Experience collecting, recording, analyzing, and reporting conservation project 10 accomplishments in various data sets (e.g. Access, Excel, GIS) to document achievements with local, and regional watershed initiatives, or statewide and/or federal reporting and tracking systems</p><p>Experience with Federal Farm Bill Programs policies, procedures and tracking systems 10</p><p>Experience preparing AgNPS Final Report requirements, including project narratives, 10 budget, final completion forms, bills/invoices, procurement records and certifications</p>
