Royal City is proud to be supporting junior curling and is looking for your entry in making this event a success! Please review event details and submit an entry form below: </p><p>Venue Cost Royal City Curling Club Entry $275.00 per team 75 East 6th Avenue Purse $4500.00 + (subject to entries) New Westminster, BC</p><p>Format Triple Knockout or Pools (subject to entries)</p><p>Banquet Included with team entry fee is a banquet dinner (4 players +1 coach) held upstairs in the Royal City Curling Club lounge. Parents are welcome to join and may purchase additional dinner tickets at $20/each. </p><p>About Anita Anita Cochrane was an inspirational ambassador of the game competing as a high performance athlete and also a coach. In 2009 she competed for BC in the Mixed National Championships in Nunavut, and won the championships award for sportsmanship. Anita was active in coaching juniors in BC enhancing their skill sets at the provincial playdown level. In October 2010, Anita lost her 8 year battle with breast cancer and will forever be remembered as one of the most kind- hearted spirits who had such a positive impact on those around her.
