<p> Fees</p><p>Each family’s childcare needs and rates are private. The fees will be increased yearly on June 1. I will announce your new rate no later than May 1. I currently offer full-time, before/after school, part-time and drop-in care</p><p>Fees are to be paid on the Monday of each week of care. If it is not received, there will be a $5 per day late fee until paid in full. Weekly fees are unaffected by Act of God closings such as snow, your child’s absence and holidays. Please make arrangements with me if your child will not be here on Monday. </p><p>As a licensed childcare professional, I claim my fees as income and provide each family with a detailed receipt at the end of each tax year. This can be used to get a credit for child/dependent care expenses. </p><p>Each family must pay a $15 registration fee upon enrollment. This is to defray the costs of advertising, supplies and other expenses for each child. </p><p>Check Policy </p><p>All checks are to be made payable to (Your name here). Any checks returned to me by my bank for any reason will be assessed a $30 returned check fee. If you have a check returned, I will either require all future payments in cash, or I have the option of terminating care immediately. </p>
