<p> Pine Straw Installation for Williamsburg Commons</p><p>First Rate Lawn Service has completed the pine straw installation in our community.</p><p>For each home in Williamsburg Commons, pine straw was installed as follows:</p><p> Front of all homes</p><p> Sides of all homes with pine straw ending at a logical location such as an air conditioning unit, corner of the home, the beginning of a fence or in some cases corner to corner of two homes or garages</p><p> Sides of homes facing a street and up to a driveway or other logical ending point</p><p>Purchasing additional pine straw through First Rate Lawn Service:</p><p>You may order and pay for extra pine straw for your back yard by going directly to First Rate’s web site at www.firstratelawnservice.com. Click on “Service” and from the drop-down menu click on “Pine Straw.” Pine straw is $7.50 per bale installed or $5.90 per bale delivered and stacked. When you have completed your transaction, you may indicate any special instructions. For example, where on your property you would like the pine straw stacked. Williamsburg Commons is a contract customer so there is no minimum bale order and no delivery charge. Your extra bales will be delivered on First Rate’s regularly scheduled community service day.</p><p>To determine how many bales you will need, multiply the length of your area times the width of your area and divide that number by 50 (each bale covers around 50 square feet). All orders must be received by May 1, 2014.</p>
