<p> “How to Create a Graph from PowerSchool”</p><p> Log-in to PowerSchool  Click on your class  Under “Student Groups” (on the left side of the page) Double Click on Active  Click on the specific student name who you want for the graph.  Click on Report at the top of the page.  Click on Scoresheet.  Under the following categories… o Output type: select “Export (CSV)” o Students: select “Selected Groups and/or Students” o Items to Include: select “Q3” o Date range: select “Q3”  Click on the RUN REPORT button on the lower right  Click “OK” for the Open Report  Click Open The report will now pop-up. In the blank menu bar right Click and select “menu bar” and “show document tools” to add them to your menu bar. If your computer does not allow you to select “show document tools” click on the Insert tab and click Chart o Highlight by left clicking and dragging to include all of the assignments and grades. o Click on the “Chart Wizard” icon in the menu bar o Select a “line” graph. o Click “Next.” o Click “Next.” o Type in the student name in the chart title space o Label the X asis “points” or “percentages” whichever you are using. o Click “Next” o Select “As New Sheet” o Click Finish o Click File and Print</p><p>GREAT JOB! YOU ARE FINISHED!</p>
